I have always enjoyed flying kites. Not far from our home there is a huge green belt that has a nice park, pavilion, walking trail and a large open grass field. What makes it so ideal is that it sits at the mouth of the canyon and can get pretty windy. These pictures were taken at my grandson's birthday party. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
The Hardest part is always getting it up in the air the first time.
